Who we are

Masseef runs this site and is responsible for the information described here. For anything about your information, write to contact@masseef.com.

What you send us

When you request a demo, the form sends us your name, work email and firm, your firm type and what you'd like to see if you give them, and the page you sent it from. It arrives as an email at contact@masseef.com. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and what it contains.

We use this only to reply to you, arrange a demo and continue the conversation you started. We don't add you to a mailing list. We keep it while we're in touch with you, and delete it when you ask.

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, we rely on taking the steps you've asked for before a possible contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.

Visit counts

We count visits with an analytics service that sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and doesn't fingerprint visitors. Your browser sends it the page you're reading, the site that sent you and how fast the page loaded, and it sees your IP address, as any server you connect to does.

We see only totals: pages, referring sites, countries, browsers and device types. We rely on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read.

Server logs

Our hosting provider's servers record each request: your IP address, the page, the time and your browser. The provider keeps these logs to run the site and protect it from attack. We don't use them to identify visitors.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We don't follow you over time or across other sites, and no one else does through this site, so a browser's Do Not Track signal changes nothing here.

Who handles it

• Our hosting provider hosts this site and our email.
• Our analytics provider counts visits.

Both act on our instructions. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. Some of this processing happens in the United States, where our analytics provider is based. Transfers from the EU and the UK rely on the safeguards these providers offer.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to contact@masseef.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
